Power Distribution Unit : PDU – BLUELINE
The Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is a device that controls and distributes electricity to computer intalled in a rack in data center. The BLUELINE Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is an intelligent power strip that can be used not only to distribute power to other devices but also used to display the power consumption status of the computer equipment installed inside the Rack over the Internet to analyze and manage power usage of each device connected to the output of the Intelligent PDU. The data can be analyzed to calculate the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) which is the standard for the indication of efficient electric consumption in the data center.
PDU (Power Distribution Unit) is a single-phase unit that connected from the UPS. It can monitor the power status of the computer equipment installed in the rack through LCD display.

Features of intelligent power strip
The power strip is manufactured using high quality materials. It can withstand up to 55 degrees Celsius with automatic cut off if the current exceeds the limit. BLUELINE Intelligent PDU has the following details.
|Input connector||:||Plug style IEC60309, IP44 – 16A/32A 250VAC|
|Output connector||:||10A 250VAC, Style IEC320 C13|
BLUELINE’s Power Distribution Unit has management software that shows the overview of the power consumption of each computer device connected with the output of the Intelligent PDU installed in the rack via the Internet. The admin can manage and prevent the risk of power overuse that is the cause of the data center downtime and also prevent a fire.
