Call Center receives Data Center problems and provide immediate troubleshooting advice to reduce the risk of data center damage. If we cannot solve the problem by phone advice, the center will contact the technician and engineer team for emergency repair as soon as possible. The team will reach to Data Center within 3 hours.
Engineer and technician team provides 24-hour emergency service. When reporting the problem to the Data Center via Hotline number attached on the front of the device, hotline will receive details of the problem and give advice on how to solve problems immediately to reduce the risk of data center damage. Emergency repair will be done as soon as possible, and the team will access the Data Center within 3 hours.
The repair will be done within 1 day. If the repair is not finished within 3 days, we have the device for replacement.
The HELPDESK SITEM service. The service is provided by our engineers, who monitor the data center and the infrastructure on a 24-hour basis. Our team is based in the data center who will help to provide information on monitoring the work status of various devices in the data center. This is to prevent and suppress the mistakes that may occur in an emergency situation.
