Multi Transfer Switch : MTS) RIELLO
Uninterruptible power supply is a device that reduces the risk of computer data damage from power failure or power outage. For the Data Center, there is another type of device that can also reduce the risk caused from power outages. It is an accessory for organizations that have redundant power supply, such as a building that has two power transformers or a building that has two Hot standby UPS. The Multi Transfer Switch (MTS) is capable of monitoring status of both power sources. It has the ability to transfer the power distribution of one source to another source automatically without interruption. So, there is no effect on the power usage of the computer or electrical equipment. We call this device Multi Transfer Switch or MTS, or some may have called Static Transfer Switch (STS)
The Multi Transfer Switch (MTS) is responsible for automatically transferring the power source. When a power outage occurs at the main power source, MTS will automatically switch the backup power source to supply power immediately. There is no impact on electricity consumption and electrical loads. It will also transfer the electrical power back to the main power source when the main power source is ready to deliver power to the load.

PDU (Power Distribution Unit) consists of an important device that supplies power, Computer Level Grounding and Monitoring Systems which efficiently manage electricity consumption.

The main internal feature of MNS iPDU is that it can be designed in many sizes to meet your data center needs. The structures of the cabinet are net or glass double door so that we can see the devices inside. The back cover and side cover is detachable, so it is easy for maintenance. SmissLine Power Distribution Bus Bar System
ABB is the first to design a Pluggable Socket System that can be easily removed and disassembled to help ensure continuity of power supply and high security. It also saves cost and time used for installation and maintenance. SmissLine can be equipped with a current monitoring system, which can be easily installed with a clip-on system input of breaker. Then, it gathers the signals into the main control unit (CMS-600) so that it can transmit power consumption data to the power control system by fieldbus, such as Modbus RTU.
Busway/Busduct System in the data center – PowerWave Bus System
Busway/Busduct are currently available for installation and use in high-rise buildings including used for transmission of electricity within the Data Center as well.
Product that SITEM provides Busway/Busduct system installation service and distribute is PDI PowerWave Bus System manufactured in the USA. The PDI PowerWave Bus System is designed as a copper or aluminum conductor rod with the conductor separated by an insulator inside. Most of the electrical systems are 3 phase, 380/220 Volt because they are convenient for safe installation.
The PDI PowerWave Bus System has various design and is manufactured for many uses. It is available in sizes from 160 amps up to 800 amps. There is finger protection from reaching to the conductor inside the Busway/Busduct rail. Its safety lever is IP2X. The equipment parts are easily to assemble Including Bus Sections, Input Power End Feeds, Splice Connections, and Tap Off Boxes.

Tap Off Boxes of the Busway/Busduct System within the data Center can be designed to monitor the power consumption of each branch circuit by installing the branch circuit monitoring system (BCMS).
